Shipping Policy

  • We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Free shipping on prepaid orders across India.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics) are rare but possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items eligible for return/exchange

  • Unused and unworn items with original tags intact.
  • Items returned in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@sadvika.com with your order ID and reason. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or drop process.

Exchange Process

  • Once we receive the product back and it passes quality check, your exchange will be shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/item.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them — or before they are shipped — whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID. Prepaid cancellations will be fully refunded.

Refund Policy

  • If your return is approved:
    1. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    2. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
    3. Refunds are only processed after quality check clearance.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, email, address, payment details) is used only to fulfill your orders and will never be shared with third parties, except trusted delivery or payment partners.

All data is secured and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
